Contractor registration starts at 9:45 AM. 

Yes! Non-member HVAC/R contractors are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

South Texas HVAC EXPO is designed for HVAC/R licensed contractors and their team members. Only manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and any other equipment or service providers that are registered Exhibitors and their registered representatives may attend South Texas HVAC EXPO.South Texas HVAC EXPO has a no-tolerance policy regarding suitcasing, which is the unethical practice of non-exhibiting companies or individuals registering or attending and /or soliciting sales or sales leads on the Expo Tradeshow floor, in any session or networking reception, or anywhere within the event venue during the South Texas HVAC EXPO. Interpretation of what constitutes suitcasing is at the sole discretion of the TACCA Greater San Antonio Board of Directors. Violators of these policies will be removed from the event and risk being prohibited from exhibiting at a future expo.

South Texas HVAC EXPO offers complimentary (yes, FREE!) attendance to licensed HVAC/R contractor companies and their team members. Registration is required to attend.

Yes. High profile vehicle parking is available at Brackenridge Ave. Lot 1 (BK1) and Brackenridge Ave. Lot 2(BK2) lot located at Ximenes Ave. and Brackenridge Ave. Paid garage parking is available at Ximenes Ave. Garage. Please note that Ximenes Ave. parking garage cannot accommodate ladder racks and high-profile vehicles.
